The Theodore H. Koff Outstanding Teaching Award is presented to a faculty member who goes beyond the expectations of standard teaching effectiveness and mentoring within our MPA and MPP programs.  

Each year, the graduating class of MPA and MPP students have the honor of selecting an instructor to receive this award, and they have selected Dr. Theresa Ricke-Kiely as this year's Outstanding Teaching award recipient!
