Our office is closed to the public, but all staff will be holding virtual office time from 8am- 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours response time. Jun Peng is a Professor in public administration. He has been teaching at the University of Arizona since earning his Ph.D from the State University of New York at Albany. His research interest primarily focuses on state and local government financial management in the U.S., such as budgeting, debt management and pension management. His recent book “State and Local Pension Fund Management” was published by Taylor and Francis in 2008. He currently is also involved in research on budgetary transparency in China.
