With Lieutenant General (ret) H.R. McMaster, former Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and author of Battlegrounds: The Fight to Defend the Free World and At War with Ourselves: My Tour of Duty in the Trump White House

The war in Ukraine, ongoing conflict in Southwest Asia, and the U.S. raid in Venezuela all reflect the changing character of modern warfare. New tactics and technologies that are reshaping the modern battlefield. In addition, the latest U.S. National Security Strategy and National Defense Strategy have challenged long-standing alliances and perceptions of core U.S. national interests. To help us better understand where warfare and conflict are headed, Lieutenant General (ret) H.R.
