Study how public and nonprofit organizations are managed, financed, and organized, and how public policies are made and implemented at the local, state, and federal levels.

About the Major

The Public Management & Policy major will prepare you for managerial and administrative positions in local, state, or federal government and nonprofit agencies. This major is also a great starting point if you are interested in graduate study in law, specialized planning, or public administrative.

You'll learn core skills sets such as leadership and ethics, public and nonprofit management, and formation of public policy.

Internship Requirement
