Hermosa Montessori Charter School - Administration Internship

HERMOSA MONTESSORI CHARTER SCHOOL is a government funded, not for profit, entity serving approximately 280 students in the Tanque Verde Valley, Tucson community. Our K-8 school follows the compliance of regulations set forth by the Arizona State Charter Board. It’s an absolutely beautiful campus, with wonderful people working here.  We are currently accepting administration interns. This is a great opportunity for any student that is interested in how state contracts and compliance agreements work within non-profit entities. Purpose of the Internship

Running companies that are non-profit or government subsidized such as ours, require a certain finesse and attention to state requirements. The payoff, of course, is that the company receives state funding. Learning how to navigate this relationship between business and government is extremely valuable and meaningful especially if the intern has any aspirations of one day having their own non-profit business. There is also no question that this is going to be one of the most beautiful locations in Tucson in which to do an internship, a 16-acre riparian campus full of beautiful scenery, wildlife, and terrific people.
