  • Please send Reimbursement Cover Sheet and supporting documents/receipts in a PDF to sbs-socscibusctr@email.arizona.edu for processing 
  • Reimbursements typically take 10-15 business days to process, but may take longer during peak times of the year.
  • Reimbursements sought after 90 days from date of purchase will be become taxable income.

Textbook Ordering (UA Bookstore)

  • The UArizona Bookstore updated their Textbook Adoption Processes. Please refer to their website for details.
     If you have questions or find the process challenging, please reach out to their helpful staff at: uabks-textbooks@arizona.edu or call 520-621-8868.

  • If you DO NOT require or recommend materials for your course, please indicate “NO TEXTBOOK REQURED” on the order form. 

  • Inclusive Access Program: The Bookstore’s Inclusive Access program allows students to have digital access, the first day of class, to the chosen book directly through D2L, often less expensive than printed materials. If you choose to go with Inclusive Access, please make sure to indicate “INCLUSIVE ACCESS” on the adoption form.  Visit their website for more information about Inclusive Access program.
