Rongbo Jin

Ph.D. Candidate

I am a PhD Candidate in American politics in the School of Government and Public Policy and Data Science Ambassador affiliated with the Data Science Institute at the University of Arizona. My research mainly focuses on political psychology, public opinion, and political behavior within American politics contexts, particularly on affective polarization, partisanship, ideology, and authoritarian personality. Most often, I use experimental methods (in and outside the lab), surveys, text analysis, and other statistical tools.

My work has been published or is forthcoming at the State Politics & Policy Quarterly and Politics and Life Sciences.
