Matthew Cobb

Matthew R. Cobb is a doctoral candidate at the University of Arizona's School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP). His academic training is in International Relations and Comparative Politics and most of his research focuses on armed conflict. He is particularly interested in the influences of geographic and demographic factors on sub-national political violence. Currently, he is working on his dissertation, analyzing the impact of urbanization on conflict patterns in developing countries.
