Lena Berger

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Lena Berger is a member of the Sustainability through Network Applications and Innovations Laboratory at the University of Arizona, United States. The focus of her research is on sustainability, particularly the strategies employed in different national and local contexts to achieve sustainability goals and cross-context learning opportunities. Her work combines practical relevance with theory building and innovative research design. She is currently active on three research programs: a project funded through the NSF Coupled Natural Human Systems program entitled Coupled Networks in Urbanized Landscapes: Linking Ecosystem Services and Governance for Water Sustainability; an NSF funded Sustainability Research Network, the title of which is Urban Water Innovations Network (UWIN); and the Sustainable Corporate Responsibility (SCORE) program.
