SGPP students eligible to apply for an internship must:
- Be in good academic standing with the University of Arizona (UA) and have maintained at least a 2.00 grade point average (major and cumulative) at the UA prior to enrolling for an internship.
- Have earned a minimum of 30 college level credits (sophomore status or above.)
- Have completed at least one full-time semester at the UA (12 units or more) and be currently enrolled.
- Be a CJS, PMPC or POL major or a GPP minor

Carefully review the SGPP internship information on the website. Students are expected to understand this information before completing an application for the internship course.
STOP -If you have found an internship NOT listed on our website, you must get approval for the internship before submitting an application. Your internship supervisor must complete the Internship Description found on the SGPP Internship website and email it as an attachment to the Internship Coordinator. Once this has been approved, you can continue to Step Three.
